Medieval mystery at the Castle

If you’re looking for something different to do with the little ones this half term, Oxford Castle and Prison has got you covered! Empress Matilda’s crown has been stolen from the castle, so help is needed to track down the thief! Dust off your magnifying glass, brush up your code-breaking skills, and put your problem-solving skills to the test. Head over to the Castle between the 27th  of May and the 3rd of June and hunt for clues, assemble the facts, and solve the case!

Lunch at Slug & Lettuce

The kids will love Slug & Lettuce just as much as you do! They’ve got a great kids' menu with plenty of options, so you’re guaranteed to find something the little ones like.

You can get a main meal, dessert, and drink from £4.99. The mains include grilled beef burger, plant-based burger, baked chicken goujons and battered cod – YUM!

If you’re looking for a spot of brunch you can visit before 12pm – the kid’s brunch menu is filled with delicious options including strawberry pancakes for only £1.99.

Book onto a guided tour and let Ms. Morgana McGhoul entertain you with tricks, illusions, and spine-chilling stories! Tours take place every Friday, and all tickets are under £14! They’ve also got a great gift shop that’s packed with fun games that spark imaginative play.
