The Swan and Castle

Nestling in a corner of Oxford Castle Quarter is the vibrant hub of one of the UK’s old favourites, a JD Wetherspoon owned pub, The Swan & Castle.

The pub’s name refers to an inn by the same name that was built in 1896, and stood adjacent to the site of the new outlet on Castle Street. The Swan & Castle boasts a great value menu offering traditional and fusion food, and specialises in real ales, whilst also serving a wide range of craft and world beers, including those from local and regional brewers.
