Paranormal Investigation and Dinner at Oxford Castle & Prison

It's spooky season

At 6pm on Saturday 2nd November there will be a very special paranormal experience at Oxford Castle & Prison. The evening will be hosted by Dr Ciaran O’Keeffe, an experience paranormal investigator. Your evening begins with a prosecco reception in the 900 year old crypt, the oldest part of the castle, and a chance to quiz Dr Ciaran O’Keeffe on his experiences as a paranormal researcher and to pick up tips for the evenings investigation. Then it’s time to begin the investigation! You will visit the Punishment Cells, before breaking into smaller groups for a visit to the 17th century well chamber inside the castle mound; parts of the Castle & Prison that are normally closed to the public. Finally, you will return to D-Wing, where the lights are extinguished, and you and your fellow guests are free to roam the site* and explore the 17th century cells, and Anglo-Saxon tower.
